Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellation options and potential refund eligibility for KyroOne course access and related services.

1) Definitions

“Subscription” means recurring access billed monthly (or another stated interval). “Digital services” means access to online learning materials, templates, and related resources. “Optional review” refers to feedback windows or mentor review services where offered.

2) Cancellation

You can request cancellation at any time. Cancellation typically stops the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated in your plan terms.

  • To request cancellation, contact hello@kyroone.pro with subject “Cancellation”.
  • Include your account email and the plan name if known.
  • For team formats, include the organization name and the admin contact.

3) Refund eligibility (general)

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service, the timing of the request, and whether digital access has already been provided and used. Some jurisdictions have specific consumer rules for digital services; where applicable, those mandatory rules prevail.

Typical situations that may be reviewed

  • Duplicate charge: the same period was charged more than once.
  • Billing error: incorrect plan tier charged due to an operational issue.
  • Access issue: confirmed inability to access the service due to a platform fault.

Situations that are often not refundable

  • Change of mind after access has been granted and used.
  • Non-use during the billing period (for example, you did not log in).
  • Third-party issues outside our control (for example, local network restrictions).

4) Digital services and partial periods

Digital course access is delivered continuously during the billing period. In many cases, requests mid-period are handled as cancellation for the next period rather than a refund for the current period. If a refund is granted, it may be full or partial depending on circumstances and applicable law.

5) Optional review and custom work

If your plan includes optional review or custom curriculum work, those components may involve time-based delivery. Once review has started or custom materials have been delivered, refunds for that portion may be limited.

6) How to request a refund review

  1. Email hello@kyroone.pro with subject: “Refund request”.
  2. Include: account email, date of charge, plan name (if known), and a short description of the issue.
  3. We may ask for additional information to verify the request (for example, payment reference).

We aim to review requests in a reasonable timeframe. Processing time may vary based on verification steps and payment method timelines.

7) Chargebacks and disputes

If you initiate a chargeback, we may pause access while the dispute is reviewed. We recommend contacting us first to resolve billing issues where possible.

8) Policy updates

We may update this policy to reflect operational changes or legal requirements. The effective date at the top will be updated accordingly.
